Rabab Haj Yahya

Rabab Haj Yahya (she/her) is a Palestinian-American documentary editor based in New York. Her recent credits include Coexistence, My Ass (Sundance Special Jury Award), Another Body (SXSW Special Jury Award, Emmy-nominated), and The Feeling of Being Watched (Tribeca | POV), as well as Speed Sisters (Netflix), The Legend of the Underground (HBO), and Apart (Hot Docs, Emmy-nominated). She has edited short films and series for outlets like Al Jazeera and Vox, and is a mentor and advisor with organizations such as the Sundance Institute, Chicken & Egg Pictures, and the Karen Schmeer Fellowship. Rabab has also led training programs in West Africa, the Balkans, and Palestine, where she received the Sulafa Jadallah Award for her contributions to women’s cinema.
